I’m Cecily, an Austrian author writing in English because I like to connect with people & to make my life difficult. So nice to meet you!

I write fantasy and romance, usually filled with action, angst and sometimes humor. My stories center around strong women or those who have to become strong, and the relationships they have and build. A lot of them will also feature middle aged women with and without children, because, you know, that’s basically me  :-).

So yes, there will be romance, but as we all know, love is not the only emotion there is. And sometimes, my protagonists have to f*ck up to figure out their next steps.

If you’re ready to get swept away, be it into fantastical worlds or to your friendly European small town, we’re going to have a great time with each other. Sit down, buckle up and prepare to dive deep into the stories I, myself, love to read the most.
